Kevin will play a crucial role in interacting with current and potential clients of Peacock + Lewis to secure, administer, and advise on a variety of services including master planning, architectural design, engineering, interior design, and related services. He will represent Peacock + Lewis when interacting with general managers, presidents, boards of directors, committees, staff, members, and other important stakeholders. Kevin will present solutions and feedback throughout the life cycle of each project. Additionally, he will provide expert guidance on club-specific staff workflow, productivity, food and beverage production and service delivery, while ensuring efficiency, optimal functionality, and seamless integration of staff spaces to deliver the best member experience.

Kevin brings a wealth of experience and expertise to this position, including:

• Leadership and Visibility: Kevin served on the CMAA National Board for nine years, including one year as President, establishing him as a nationally recognized leader in the club industry. His extensive contacts span both nationally and internationally, including throughout Florida where he served nine years on the FLCMAA board.
• COO/GM Experience: Kevin has over 35 years of experience as a COO/GM, including 12 years at high-profile clubs in Florida. He has a deep understanding of club operations, including F&B, golf operations, and governance. Kevin has successfully managed clubs through various challenges, from USGA Championships to hurricanes. He brings valuable insights from his time at nationally recognized private clubs in Jupiter, St. Louis, and Atlanta.
• Food & Beverage Expertise: A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, Kevin’s food and beverage expertise is highly regarded. His F&B knowledge is a differentiator, complementing his strong background in club operations, golf management, and governance.
• National and Florida Consulting Experience: Over the past three years, Kevin has been deeply involved in club consulting, gaining experience in evaluating club operations, facilitating focus groups, conducting surveys, and presenting strategic and master plans to clubs nationwide.
